Summary:
|
On February 20, 2018, Resolution 2018-08, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Lakewood Elementary School Modernization Phase III Project No. 0921-8221-200-16.
On October 24, 2024, three (3) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was American River Construction, Inc. in the amount of $1,500,000.00, which includes a 20 percent district-controlled allowance.
Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to American River Construction, Inc. with the total amount to be budgeted $1,500,00.00.
