Summary:
|
On June, 01, 2023, Natomas Unified School District requested formal proposals for procurement of a specialty and seasonal produce supplier. Spork Food Hub was awarded the agreement on July 26, 2023, the lifespan of the contract is one fiscal year (FY 23/24) with the option of two one-year extensions (up to FY 25/26).
Staff believes that it would be in the best interests of the district to piggyback on to the Natomas USD contract and utilize it for specialty and seasonal produce from the selected vendor, Spork Food Hub.
