Summary: On December 12, 2023, Resolution 2023-121, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District approved authorizing staff to advertise and receive bids for the work required for the Pavement Replacement at Delta Sierra Middle School -Project No. 8150-5830-7. Scope of work consists of contractor purchasing, installing, and include all labor, materials, equipment, calculations, drawings, services, supervision, and transportation necessary for the removal and replacement of paving at Delta Sierra Middle School. On April 5, 2024, five (5) bids were received. The lowest and best responsive bidder was Robert Burns Construction, Inc. of Stockton, California, in the amount of $268,067.80, which includes a $24,369.80 District controlled construction allowance.
Funding: This project will be funded with RRM Funding.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2024-39.
