Summary
:
The Board of Education is required by current statute to adopt a budget plan prior to July 1st of the 2025-26 fiscal year. Staff has prepared the required summaries and details of the budget plan, including documents required by the County and State. These documents have passed all required standard criteria, along with the technical checks that all budgets are subject to before moving on to the San Joaquin County Office of Education. With this budget plan, the District can complete all certifications that are required. Lodi Unified School District will retain positive cash and fund balances for 2025-26. The Board will be asked to approve the attached budget plan and supporting documentation.
