Per Lodi Unified School District Board of Education intent contained in Resolutions 2022-22 (OAI-2, 2/22/2022) and 2023-81(A-11, 9/05/2023), staff requests approval of the RGA 1/18/2024 Design Proposal for Lodi Middle School as presented. RGA, if approved, will proceed with design of new modular classroom units and CIF-dimensioned gymnasium/multi-purpose facility with new kitchen facilities

Project funded by Fund 23 (Measure U) with supplemental funding, as needed, from Developer Fees (Fund 25), and Nutrition Services Kitchen Infrastructure & Training ("KIT", Fund 01.7028/7029) funds. Cost of the agreement is currently estimated at $1,838,398.
