Summary
:
The Lodi Unified School District (District) has elected to become subject to participate in the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA). Under CUPCCAA, public projects of $60,000 or less may be performed by negotiated contract or by purchase order (PCC2032 a). Public projects between $60,000 and $200,000 may be let to contract by the informal bidding procedures (PCC22032b).
All work associated with these CUPCCAA projects has been completed. This Action will accept the public works projects performed under the CUPCCAA as complete.

Purchase orders have been issued for each of the associated projects.

Staff recommends that the Board of Education approve the notices of completion.
