Summary
:
Throughout the year, the Board of Education routinely approves the use of certain Non-Public Agencies to meet the needs of special education students. The master Contract is entered into between LUSD and Haynes Family of Programs for services.
Funding
:
Individual Service Agreements (ISA's) that regularly appear on the warrants list. In addition, action is taken by the board of Education in Closed Session on each Non-Public Agency placement.
