Summary: A change order is the formal documentation of an authorized change in scope to a construction contract. Approval ratification is presented for the following project: Tokay High School Increment 1 Site Work Project No. 0947-8247-1 Approval #3 - $45,728.45. All of the change order items within these Approvals have been authorized in the field by the District, as necessary modifications to complete the project, or to meet District requirements, and are submitted at this time for ratification by the Board of Education. The “A” Exhibit describe the details of the change for the subject project and summarize cumulative contract changes.
Funding: This Change Order to be funded from Measure U.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the Board of Education approve ratification of the change itemized and summarize cumulative contract changes in the attached “A” Exhibit.
